Security Operations

Certificate II in Security Operations

Learn the skills to start your career in the security industry. This course covers: Legal and workplace responsibilities Patrolling and access control Crowd control and conflict management Emergency response and safety procedures Communication and incident reporting

Duration

Full-time (Day): 18 days
Part-time (Evening): 36 days

Outcome

Qualify to apply for a Victorian Security License and work as a Security Guard or Crowd Controller.

Leadership & Management

Diploma of Leadership & Management

Develop the skills to lead, manage, and inspire teams in any industry. This course covers: Effective leadership and communication Managing people and performance Operational planning and project management Problem-solving and decision-making Building business strategies for success
